A good paint job starts with what you don't see. On older homes, that means repairing wood siding flaw by flaw until the surface is smooth, and patching or repairing stucco so the finish holds. Where ivy or years of weather have left stains on exterior walls, we pressure-wash the area, returning as many times as it takes, until it's fully clean before painting begins.

We also handle the small structural fixes that come up mid-job: replacing loose or broken roof tile and swapping out worn trim, so the finished property looks complete, not just freshly painted.
